Progress remains firmly on track for our major development in Addlestone. With Blocks 6, 7, 8, 5 now complete and blocks 4b & 4a well underway. A&G are carrying out the architectural metalwork package including Balconies, Coping, stair balustrades etc.
Of particular significance is our focus on off site assembly of balcony units. In this case, balconies are fabricated, coated and then assembled in our works and transported to site as completed units with decking, balustrades and glass pre-installed.
The benefits are:
*Shorter install times (with upto 9 balconies a day fitted).
*Less space on site assembling units.
*No impact of adverse weather affecting assembly
*Factory controlled QA
*Safer installation where balconies are immediately habitable and safe to access
