This project required careful planning due to the construction taking virtually all of the site boundary; this required detailed scheduling of deliveries and coordination with the site team. In addition, we have numerous finishes including high quality Stainless Steel, Powdercoated & galvanising to various areas.
Our Scope of works covers Street Furniture, Steel framed balconies & balustrades, Staircase Balustrades to 6no. Staircases & pedestrian railings. A&G Structures were and remain consistently ahead of the build thus reducing the site managments efforts on this package.

Complete Metalwork & Secondary Steelwork Package including roof feature supports, feature staircase with Glass Balustrades, External Balconies with Aluminium Flooring and perimeter railings with feature Stainless Steel curved top rail.

A&G Structures have had a permanant presence on site for over 12 months. Our works include the supply & installation of 6no free standing staircase towers and approximately 1.5 miles of balustrades. We have been heavily involved in coordination with other trades and our ancillary works have included lift beam testing, plastic capping to balustrades, Aluminium cappings to parapets and roof cladding. Whilst on site, we have had approximately 20no. Articulated loads of steel delivered and installed. This project highlights our versatility and ability to meet our clients tight deadlines.

This project involved the supply & installation of 2no. staircases (1no. 3 storey & 1no. 4 storey) together with a 4 storey feature staircase with stainless steel curved balustrade. In addition our works included secondary plantroom steelwork and cladding rails, brise soleil steelwork, Cat ladders, ventilation grilles and perimeter stainless steel balustrades with yacht wire infills. This project is now considered a landmark in Bracknell.

The extensive refurbishment for Tesco PLC, included secondary AHU roof steelwork, Balustrades to perimeter, additional bracing to main framework & Sign Support steelwork. Much of the works were carried out overnight to minimise disruption to the store which remained open during the refurbishment. This store is now one of the largest Tesco's.

This fast track steelwork was actually completed before the programmed installation start date and involved the manufacture and installation of heavy Hollow section frameworks (over 10m per section) to be installed into preformed Concrete liftshafts in 4no. office blocks. The steelwork was installed with 150t crawler cranes.

Shown Below is the smaller of 3no. Stair towers Supplied and installed on the island of Guernsey. The steelwork was all manufactured at our Bracknell & Kent works and shipped to the island where our fitters installed the complex structures. This is one of the largest office blocks on the island.
