1. How do I order?
Simply download the order form, complete and return to us with the appropriate payment. If you require help completing the form, please contact our sales office on 01344 485085.
To ensure that orders are processed quickly and efficiently, please provide all product / item codes together with any optional information that may be required such as colour or fixing type.
A 'confirmation of order' will then be e-mailed to you to confirm your specific requirements. Please check this thoroughly.
A&G Structures do not have a minimum order charge.
Cheques should be made payable to A&G Structures Limited and posted to :-Accounts Department, Unit 38, Longshot Lane Industrial Estate, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1RL.
Payments can also be made by BACS transfer, please contact us for details.
Trade accounts are available (subject to status); please contact our sales team for a credit account application form.
2. What about delivery?
Where possible, we deliver using our own fleet of vehicles and generally the delivery time will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Saturday deliveries can also be arranged.
Deliveries will normally be palletised. Unloading will be the client's responsibility together with disposal of any packaging supplied.
Delivery can be to any UK Mainland address, for Ireland, Channel Islands and abroad, please contact our sales team for a specific quotation.
3. What's the quality like?
A&G Structures have been established since 1977 and in this time we have developed a wealth of experience in custom steel fabrication. This experience ensures that we provide the customer with their exact requirements every time.
We use only the best raw materials including high grade stainless steel, which means our bollards can be used in any environment.
All of A&G Structures procedures conform with ISO 9001.
4. What about the environment?
A&G Structures takes its impact on the environment very seriously. Right through from design, to delivery, we aim to reduce waste, packaging etc; we also have an extensive recycling programme and only use timber from renewable sources.
